fd88 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you and fd88 governing your access to and use of the fd88 platform available at fd88.me. fd88 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players based in Pakistan. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the fd88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the fd88 platform. If you already have an account and no longer agree with the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact fd88 support at support@fd88.me to request account closure.

fd88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, registered players will be notified through the contact details on their account prior to the changes coming into effect. Continued use of fd88 after the notified effective date will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration

To use any real-money feature of the fd88 platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid mobile number, and a current email address.

fd88 operates a strict one-account policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fd88 platform. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or through shared devices or IP addresses – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and belong to the actual person registering.
• You must not share your fd88 account credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether initiated by you or by another person using your login details with or without your permission.
• You must notify fd88 immediately at support@fd88.me if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• fd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Accounts found to have been registered with false information, or where multiple accounts are detected under the control of the same individual, will be suspended. Balances and pending winnings in suspended accounts may be forfeited pending investigation. fd88's decision in such matters is final.

03 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the fd88 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. fd88 takes age verification seriously and will request documentary proof of age from any account holder where there is a reason to believe the registered player may be under 18.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fd88 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). fd88 does not apply currency conversion to your balance. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank Transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount at fd88 is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification level and VIP tier. Standard verified accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 2,00,000. VIP Gold and above accounts have higher limits as communicated by your account manager.

Deposits are credited to your fd88 PKR wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the respective payment provider, which for Easypaisa and JazzCash is typically within 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours depending on the sending bank. fd88 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own service fees.

Withdrawals are processed by the fd88 payments team within 24 hours of request submission for standard accounts. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing with a target completion time of under two hours during business hours. fd88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation as part of this process.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

fd88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, the 10% daily live casino rebate, free spins on selected slot titles, and VIP Club exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional description as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

General bonus terms applicable to all fd88 promotions:

• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms page.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at fd88 is 20x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Qualifying wagers for bonus wagering are bets placed with real money balance, not bonus balance, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Maximum stake per bet while a bonus is active and pending wagering is Rs 500 per spin or per bet. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus period will not count towards wagering and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unmet wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will result in the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds being removed from the account.
• Each bonus promotion is available once per player, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• fd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already received the bonus will have the opportunity to complete any outstanding wagering within a reasonable time.

The 10% daily live casino rebate is calculated on net losses across all live casino tables on the fd88 platform and credited automatically to your PKR wallet by midnight PKT each day. This rebate carries no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately once credited. Net loss is calculated as total amount wagered and lost minus total amount won across all live casino activity for that calendar day.

06 Sports Betting Rules

fd88 sports betting is governed by the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available within the betting section of the fd88 platform and should be read in conjunction with these general terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed – if the odds change during submission, fd88 will notify you of the new price and give you the opportunity to accept or decline.
• Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live event state at the time of confirmation.
• fd88 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error resulted in obviously incorrect odds being offered, where material information was not available at the time of the market opening, or where the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time of placement.
• Maximum single bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and vary by sport, market and event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Combination bets (accumulators) are subject to their own limits. Winning accumulator payouts are capped at Rs 50,00,000 per ticket unless otherwise agreed with fd88.
• fd88 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to limit the stakes of accounts that demonstrate evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or the exploitation of pricing errors.

07 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino games available at fd88 are provided by third-party licensed game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt. These games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited by recognised testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers under studio conditions.

By playing any casino or live casino game at fd88, you accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live physical dealing as appropriate to the game format.
• fd88 does not manipulate game outcomes. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games represent the long-term statistical return and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system or live dealer. fd88 does not reverse or modify game outcomes except in the case of a documented technical fault.
• In the event of a technical fault causing a game to abort mid-round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. Where a result was already determined and delivered before the fault occurred, that result stands.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all casino tables and games and are displayed before you place any bet.

08 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

fd88 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the fd88 platform under any name or identity.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the fd88 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical glitches in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or any organised scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or processing transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

fd88 uses automated detection systems to identify patterns of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, fd88 may freeze account balances and suspend withdrawal access pending resolution. The outcome of any investigation is communicated to the account holder and fd88's decision, while subject to applicable review processes, is considered final after internal review.

09 Responsible Gaming

fd88 believes that gambling should be an enjoyable pastime, not a source of financial or personal distress. As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, every fd88 account holder has access to the following tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your fd88 account.
• Loss Limits – Set limits on how much you can lose within a defined period across all products on the platform.
• Session Time Limits – Set alerts that remind you of how long you have been active in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period – Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of your choosing between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently exclude yourself from the fd88 platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

Limits that reduce your current limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour reflection period before taking effect. This cooling-off period is mandatory and cannot be waived.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

fd88 collects and processes personal data as described in the fd88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at fd88, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

fd88 will not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only where necessary to process your transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, or operate the platform securely. All data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data fd88 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. These requests can be submitted to support@fd88.me.

11 Limitation of Liability

fd88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fd88 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fd88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings or opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues.
• Any disruption caused by circumstances beyond fd88's reasonable control including power failures, internet outages, or acts of government.
• Any loss caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses regardless of the cause.

Nothing in these Terms limits fd88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In cases of verified platform error that directly resulted in an incorrect game outcome, fd88's liability is limited to a refund of the stake placed on the affected round.

12 Changes to These Terms

fd88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fd88 will notify registered players by email and through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent change was made.

If you continue to use the fd88 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
